Our proposal is built around a straightforward commitment: provide USTA with a consistent hard court surface system backed directly by the manufacturer, supported by technical resources before, during and after installation, and continually evaluated against the performance requirements of the Campus.
We believe the National Campus requires more than a coating supplier.

The National Campus is not a single resurfacing project. It is an interconnected hard court program spanning championship competition, player development, collegiate tennis, indoor play and pickleball. AT Sports' proposal is structured around that scale from the outset.

Acrytech sports coating systems are manufactured by AT Sports in Canton, Georgia, providing direct access to the company responsible for the products being specified and supplied.

Since 1995, AT Sports has specialized in the manufacture of sports coatings and materials, cushioned surfaces, portable surfaces, court repair systems and related sports-surface products.
AT Sports manufactures its coatings, surfaces and materials from its facility in Canton, Georgia and distributes products throughout the United States and international markets.

Acrytech is a colored and textured acrylic surfacing system designed for asphalt, concrete and existing sports surfaces.
The system specification requires work to conform to ASBA guidelines and requires tennis surfaces to be ITF court-pace classified.

Acrytech Color can be configured across Medium and Medium-Fast court-pace profiles through controlled aggregate selection and loading. AT Sports' published Acrytech Color specification includes separate Medium and Medium-Fast aggregate profiles.

For the National Campus, the final written surface profiles will be developed around USTA's requested approximately CPR 38 and CPR 40 targets and the specified two-texture / one-color application. Published generic profiles do not automatically guarantee exact CPR values in every field application.

The performance of an acrylic court surface depends on the condition and preparation of the substrate beneath it.
AT Sports maintains technical guidance addressing concrete design, curing, moisture, preparation and primer compatibility before acrylic coatings are installed.

The proposed USTA agreement requires manufacturer technical assistance onsite, technical resources for coating installations, independent PE support, onsite surface testing and access to emerging surface technologies. AT Sports' proposed support structure is designed around those requirements.

Court performance issues do not always originate in the coating system.
For conditions involving civil or structural considerations, the USTA RFP requires access to the manufacturer's independent PE engineer for civil-work evaluation.

The complex includes 12 championship outdoor courts, athlete-support facilities, spectator accommodations and covered practice courts, featuring the AT Sports Acrytech Coatings surfacing system.

The USTA RFP requires a working manufacturing schedule based on a March 1, 2027 surface-construction start. The proposed agreement also establishes significant ongoing supply and delivery expectations.

AT Sports warrants that Acrytech products conform to product specifications and are free from defects in material and workmanship for two years, subject to the terms and conditions of the published warranty.
Coverage is valid when Acrytech products are properly applied by AT Sports-certified installers according to installation guidelines and standard industry practices.
The warranty is limited to replacement value of affected product and excludes labor, removal / application costs, shipping and incidental or consequential damages.
